Wrap with Salmon, Caviar, Apple and Horseradish

“Tunnbröd come from the northern parts of Sweden and are very popular. They are often served in this kind of wrap style but with a raindeer mix inside.”
4 Swedish wraps (tunnbröd)
200 g Smoked salmon
200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tblsp Shredded horseradish
0,5 Red onion, finely chopped
1 Apple, peeled, cored and shredded
1 jar Red caviar
1 tblsp Fresh dill
1 tblsp Fresh chives
1 tblsp Lemon juice
  Salt and white pepper

1. Mix Philadelphia, horseradish, red onion, apple, red caviar and herbs. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Spread salmon slices över the wraps. Spread cream cheese mix on top and roll. You can wrap the lower part in glad pack so that the filling doesn't go out the end when you eat.
