Pasta and Tomato Sauce

“A classic Italian pasta sauce, that you can make at the end of your trip. The bean salad is so you get some proteins out of the dish.”
500 g Pasta
3 tins Chopped tomatoes
2 tblsp Tomatp paste
0,5 tblsp Sugar
2 tblsp Olive oil
  Basil, oregano
  Salt and black pepper
Bean salad  
1 tin Beans
1 tin sweetcorn
2 tblsp Olive oil
0,5 tblsp Vinegar 
  Salt and pepper

1. Pour tomatoes into a saucepan. Add tomato paste, sugar, olive oil, basil and oregano. Boil on quite low heat for as long as you can wait, minimum 25 minutes.

2. When you got 15 min to go, boil the pasta. Grate parmesan cheese and make the bean salad in the meantime.

3. At the end, add salt and pepper to the sauce.

4. Serve pasta, tomato sauce, parmesan and bean salad.
