Falukorv Stroganoff with Beans and Mushrooms

4 port Parboiled long-grain rice
2 tblsp Butter
12 Mushrooms
4 teasp Flour
0,1 l Stock
2 tblsp Tomato paste
0,5 teasp Paprika
400 g Falukorv 
1 tin Green beans
  Salt and black pepper
 0,4 l Cream for cooking/long-lasting cream

1. Boil rice.

2. Fry chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour and add stock, tomato paste and paprika. Boil for 5 minutes.

3. Add sausage cut in sticks and beans. Heat up and add cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve with rice.
